Just a little reminder. We have allready quite a bit registrations and the princip is first come, first served...

If you wish to stay one or both nights with accommodation is the registration deadline 23. march 2014.
If you only attend Saturday you can register up to 20. April 2014.

Deadline for registration is fast approaching, if accomodation is desired. With accommodation deadline is march 23. 2014. Without accommodation deadline is April 20. 2014. So it is fast approaching, if you will participate. 
There is not unlimited rooms, and if anything is being occupied before the deadlines, the principle of first come first serve is used...

You can book without accomodation untill april 20. (incl.). If you want accomodaion you can mail to: 2014@poecilia.org. 3 beds for men and 1 for women are free in 4-beds-room but after that all is occupied in that type of room. Maybe there are free single - and doublerooms too, but from now on we dont know. All, who have booked before march 23., will get their wishes fullfilled according to accomodation...
